- Open the SiEx Manager app
- Go to Settings → Account Settings
- Select "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
Alternatively, contact us at the email address provided below. Upon account deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to:
- Provide our services and maintain your account
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

SiEx Manager is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will delete such information from our systems.
